This week, we're coming back full circle. If you tuned into our interview with Nimscraft, then you may have already glimpsed the handiwork of Indigenous Effects, who is one of the leading digital designers of the Destiny prop making and cosplaying community. His work ranges all the way from Overwatch and Star Wars to Batman and Robocop.
But enough of the introductions. Let's hear what he has to say.
Thanks for joining us! Can you tell us a bit about yourself and what you do?
Where might one find you on the internet?
We've been following your lovely work for some time. Where did you learn the skills you have, and what was your inspiration?
Master Yoda once said that the difference between the master and the beginner is that "the master has failed more times than the beginner has ever tried."
What has been your favorite project so far, and what's currently on your workbench?
Final question. What are some DO's and DON'T's of the digital modeling realm you've learned over the years?
And there you have it. Communication is key, not just while working, but in all aspects of life.
Be sure to check out Lael's work on Facebook, and if you have the resources, give his models a print or two.
